A premium anti-fouling *sloughing type bottom paint with cuprous oxide that provides excellent protection against marine growth on all types of surfaces. *Sloughing means it is a work saver. As the craft moves through the water the coating actually peels off on a microscopic level caused by friction of water moving past the film. This way when it comes time to recoat the surface is smooth and you do not have to scrape the bottom before repainting! Extremely effective in preventing the accumulation and growth of barnacles, marine worms and other fouling organisms. Extraordinarily effective because it is approximately 80% solid materials. Intended for use on wood, fiberglass, metal, and previously painted ship bottoms. Recommended for displacement type hulls with speed of less than 15 knots. Stats: Available only in tile red. Covers 350-400 square feet per gallon. Dry to the touch in one hour, tack free in 8 hours, recoat in 24 hours. Available in 1 gallon, two gallon and 5 gallon containers.
