sources actually harden and cure. Continues getting harder as the
months and years pass by. Actually prevents rust by locking out air
and moisture.

or foul weather stop you from painting metal, wood or concrete
because moisture is what creates the cure! Originally designed to be
tough enough to paint on giant aircraft carrier anchor chains while
in service. Creates an exceptionally hard film that prevents
chipping, cracking, peeling or wearing. An amazing marine coating
that provides excellent resistance to chemicals in more diverse
environments than ever before. Use in humid environments, on
vessels, equipment, on pipelines, bridges, in concrete and steel
splash zones, retention ponds, waste-water treatment facilities, or
anywhere coal tar epoxies are typically used. This quality product
is scientifically engineered to provide extraordinary durability and
still be easy to apply. Our 1 Part Moisture Cure Urethane provides
an enamel-like low sheen finish that is Top Secret tough. Acceptable
for use as a direct to metal coating. Available in one gallon cans.
Unusually short shelf life so batch quantity orders often apply.
Stats: Covers
160-200 square feet per gallon. Dry to the touch in two hours.
Recoat in 24 hours. Available in 1 gallon and 5 gallon containers.
Currently available only in Black & Red low sheen finishes.
Recommended
preparation: For best results remove old paint, loose scale, grease,
oil and contaminates. Sand, grind, bead blast or power-wash prior to
the application of any cleaner or primer. Steel: TS 5679 Phos-Pro
Rust Converting Cleaner, TS 695 Etching Cleaner.
Recommended
primers: None required.
Thin & clean
up: Thinning not typically required. Use only with factory
recommended thinner, TS 605 Thinner. Clean all equipment thoroughly
with TS 605 Thinner. Clean up with TS 605 Thinner or TS 610 Lacquer
Thinner.
NOTE: Not an
antifouling bottom paint. Recommend TS 700 Old Sailor Bottom Paint
for antifouling paint duty. |
