performance aircraft coating
is suitable for use on the interior and exterior of all types of
aircraft, parts and equipment. Acceptable for use on all aircraft,
vehicles, guns, hunting stands, tools, machinery, etc. Adheres to
ferrous and non-ferrous metals, fiberglass and wood. It is widely
preferred as a camouflage aircraft coating and equipment enamel that
withstands all types of weather conditions. The fully cured finish
can withstand repeated washing and normal everyday abuse. It has
proven its performance in various aircraft, military and marine
maintenance fields. Withstands salt spray, impacts and resists rust.
Excellent when used as a non-reflective interior or exterior drab
aerospace enamel.
Stats: Covers 300-400 square feet per gallon on porous surfaces, up
to 400 square feet on non porous surfaces. Dry to the touch in one
hour. Tack free in 4-6 hours. Time to re-coat 12 hours. Dries hard
in eight hours. Pot life: Not applicable. Compatible for
electrostatic spray. Available in 200 stock aircraft paint colors.
Custom colors available on request for an additional $10.00 per
container. Available in quart, gallon and five gallon containers.
Recommended preparation: For best results remove old aircraft
coatings, loose scale, grease, oil and contaminates. Sand, grind,
blast or power-wash prior to the application of any cleaner or
aircraft primer. Steel: TS-5679 Phos-Pro
Rust Converting Cleaner, etch fiberglass and aluminum with
TS-695 Etching Cleaner. All surfaces must be thoroughly dry
before the application of any aircraft paints or primer.
Recommended primers: Wood-TS-664 Etching
Primer. Fiberglass and aluminum materials-TS-117
Pre-Wash Primer in combination with TS-664 Etching Primer.
Steel-TS-6390 Ever-Last Epoxy Primer.
Best performance will be obtained when used over lacquer resisting
primers including TS-664 Etching Primer and TS-6390 Ever-Last Epoxy
Aircraft Primer. Recommend TS-1184 Zinc
Chromate Primer for anti-corrosion protection.
Thin & clean up: Use only with factory recommended thinner,
TS-101 Thinner. Clean all equipment
thoroughly with TS-101 Thinner or for fast dry
TS-605 Synthetic Thinner.
NOTE: Acceptable uses: aircraft paint schemes,
