advanced 1 Part Urethane Reinforced Alkyd provides a
waterproof marine enamel finish that is so tough, so durable
you will want to use it in a wide variety of applications.
Provides excellent service on all marine equipment,
machines, interior and exterior trim or anywhere protection
from exposure to challenging weather conditions requires the
toughest alkyd and urethane finishes. Like TS-1 Revolution
Marine it utilizes blended resin technology making it a
remarkable product to use. Use it on all exterior above the
waterline surfaces such as hulls, decks, cockpits, wheel
houses, bridges and masts, An excellent choice for interior
staterooms, galleys and heads. Create a beautiful, high
gloss, chemical resistant, durable hard shell marine finish.
TS-4 can be used almost anywhere and in almost any marine
paint application where you want a hard, tough, long-lasting
protective coating inside or out. Use it with confidence in
any exterior application where exposure to water, hot sun,
and extreme wear conditions are typically a problem. Great
for interior or exterior uses where protection from heavy
foot traffic, abrasion, or typical wear and tear are a
concern. TS-4 offers the ultimate in a tough, highly
durable, protective finish that excels in a wide variety of
marine coating applications. It dries quickly and self
levels to a hard gloss finish that is excellent for wood,
metal, fiberglass, aluminum and most any surface
conceivable. When used as an aluminum boat paint or
fiberglass boat paint topside coating it provides
exceptional performance and durability. Spray, brush or roll
it on! It is self-leveling, lead-free, non-toxic and resists
chipping, cracking peeling and chalking when properly
applied. Economical to use because it spread further than
typical marine finishes. Not available in clear.
Stats:
Covers 400-500 square feet per gallon on porous surfaces
such as concrete, up to 500 square feet on non porous
surfaces. Dry to the touch in 2-4 hours. Pot life: Not
applicable * Very high in solid content so it will require
reduction in most applications. Compatible for electrostatic
spray. Low temperature curing (as low as 20 F.) Available in
200 stock marine paint colors. Custom colors available on
request for an additional $5.00 per gallon. Available in
quart, gallon and five gallon containers
Recommended preparation: For best results remove old paint,
loose scale, grease, oil and contaminates. Sand, grind, bead
blast or power-wash prior to the application of any cleaner
or primer. Steel: TS 5679 Phos-Pro Rust Converting Cleaner,
TS 695 Etching Cleaner.
Recommended primers: Concrete & masonry-TS 6390 Ever-Last
Epoxy Primer or TS 664 Etching Primer. Wood-TS 664 Etching
Primer. Fiberglass, aluminum and composite materials-TS 117
Pre-Wash Primer in combination with TS 664 Etching Primer.
Steel & iron: TS 117 Pre-Wash Primer in combination with TS
664 Etching Primer or TS 900 Fabrication Primer.
Thin &
clean up: Use only with factory recommended thinner, TS 101
Thinner. Clean all equipment thoroughly with TS 101 Thinner
or TS 602 Mineral Spirits.

Reduce

NOTE:
Not an antifouling bottom paint. Recommend TS 700 Old Sailor
Bottom Paint for antifouling paint duty.
