This is the
right product to use when you want to protect against interior
moisture or the movement of vapors. Formulated to reduce the
movement of moisture through drywall, wood, and masonry. Helps
prevent heat loss, mildew, mold, wood rot, and paint failure.
Provides excellent adhesion and holdout. Your finish coat will last
longer and cover better when using this product. Use to establish a
sealed uniform surface for the application of flat, satin,
semi-gloss or gloss finishes. Exterior: Intended for use on new and
previously painted surfaces including wood siding, shakes, trim,
concrete, brick, stucco, cement composite siding, and clean metal
surfaces. Interior: Intended for use on new and previously painted
surfaces including walls, woodwork, ceilings, plaster, drywall, and
masonry surfaces.
Acceptable for use as a primer for many Top Secret garage floor
coating, industrial floor coating, epoxy paint systems, cement
coating, professional garage floor coating, basement floor paint,
hardwood floor finish, concrete coating, epoxy floor coating or
waterproof floor paint systems. Available in gallon or
five gallon cans.
Stats: Coverage
is approximately 250-300 square feet depending on porosity. Dry to
the touch in 1 hour. Pot life: Not applicable. Not recommend for
constant immersion service, strong acid or chemical exposure, Apply
by brush, roller or spray. Allow 12 hours drying time between coats
for maximum performance.
Recommended
preparation: For best results remove old paint, loose scale, grease,
oil and contaminates. When painting cement or coating concrete,
surfaces must be thoroughly dry before the application of and cement
paint application.
Thin & clean up:
Thins and washes up easily with water.
