| A fully catalyzed epoxy primer and surface conditioner in a convenient, easy to use water base formula. The highest quality foundation coat for painting wood, concrete, stucco, brick, asphalt, metal, or any other chalky cement-like surfaces. This adaptable product can be applied to new concrete after only 48 hours cure making it very easy to use. Specifically formulated for use with TS 107 Sport Court and TS 108 Sport Court Pro. Suggested for use with any water base top coats in interior or exterior applications.
Excellent for use in concrete floor and tilt up construction applications. Recommended for use with TS 6500 Kold-Koat Elastomeric Acrylic, TS 720 Pool Coat, TS 10 Aquapoxy, TS 107 Sport-Court, TS 108 Sport-Court Pro, TS 110 Posi-Trak and TS 6433 Ever-Last Epoxy.
All surfaces should be clean, dry and properly prepared prior to application. Previously painted surfaces should be in sound condition with no peeling or flaking. This product may be applied over moderately chalking surfaces. Power washing or bead blasting old surfaces may be required to remove extreme or heavy flaking, chalking or peeling.
TS 1045 is a two gallon kit epoxy surface prep system. Recoat in 24 hours in favorable weather conditions. Recoat time may be extended in cool, damp or foggy weather conditions. Mix part A and part B thoroughly. Allow to stand at least 30 minutes and mix again before using. Pot life at 75 degrees is 5 hours. Pot life is reduced at higher temperatures. This product can be applied by brush, roller or spray. Material may be reduced up to one quart of water per gallon. Not intended to be applied below 50 degrees F or in rainy or foggy weather. Coverage is 100-300 square feet per gallon, depending on porosity and texture of surface. Color: White. Custom colors available upon request. Available in 1 gallon or 5 gallon containers. |
