Stain Blocking Primer is specially formulated for use with many Top Secret garage floor coating, industrial floor coating, cement coating, professional garage floor coating, basement floor paint, epoxy paint systems, hardwood floor finish, concrete coating, epoxy floor coating or waterproof floor paint systems.

Stats: Coverage is approximately 200-300 square feet depending on porosity. Dry to the touch in 1 hour. Pot life: Not applicable. Not recommend for constant immersion service, strong acid or chemical exposure, Apply by brush, roller or spray. Note: Severe stains may require two coats. Allow 12 hours drying time between coats for maximum stain blocking.

Recommended preparation: For best results remove old paint, loose scale, grease, oil and contaminates. Sand, grind, bead blast or power-wash prior to application. When painting or priming cement, or coating concrete, surfaces must be thoroughly dry before the application of and cement paint application.

Thin & clean up: Thins and washes up easily with water.
