prevent moisture blushing without retarding the dry time of
the product. A thinner-Reducer that has been adjusted for
electrical resistance value compatible with most

Etching Cleaner
(TS-695)
cleans and removes lime, rust and contaminates from
concrete, metal fiberglass, aluminum and masonry. It is
effective and fast acting. Use it and watch oil, grease,
dirt, exhaust and chemical stains disappear quickly and
completely. Also attacks rust, corrosion and oxidation from
screw threads, grooves and crevices as well as smooth
surfaces.

This is an
excellent pre-treatment solution to be used on concrete
floors prior to application of coatings and sealers by
removing unwanted contaminants from the floor and
neutralizing lime and by-products on the surface which may
seriously impair the coatings’ ability to form a good bond
to the concrete. Tested and approved by aluminum
manufacturers for use on all aluminum products. Removes
easily and safely exhaust and chemical stains, oxides and
corrosion from aluminum, zinc and cadmium plate as well as
iron and steel.

Rust
Converting Cleaner
(TS-5679)
kills and converts rust to a paintable oxide saving time
and prep-work. It is a pre-treatment metal etch solution
that cleans, etches and stops rust on steel surfaces.
Rust Converting Cleaner readily penetrates rust causing
it to chemically change from iron oxide (rust) to iron
phosphate (black iron), a substance which turns the
metal black leaving an excellent temporary protective
coating on the surface. After pretreatment of the metal
a recommended Top Secret Coatings rust-inhibitive primer
must be applied prior to finishing with the topcoat. For
fine metal finishing on smooth, cold-rolled steel:
TS-117 Pre-Treatment Wash Primer (MIL-P-15328).
Pre-treatment Wash Primer should be used as a fog coat.
Recommended primers are: TS-1184 Zinc
Chromate Red Oxide Primer, TS-664 Etching Primer, TS-900
Fabrication Primer, TS-6390 Ever-Last Epoxy Primer.
NOTE: Rust Converting
Cleaner is a pretreatment designed only for initial rust
conversion and metal protection. The metal should be
re-coated before new surface rust has a
chance to take hold again.

TSP Cleaner
Trisodium Phosphate Cleaner is a
non-sudsing powdered compound formulated for heavy-duty
cleaning. Used in flooring applications to remove stubborn
grease and oil stains from concrete. Preferred by painting
and cleaning professionals for removing heavy deposits of
grime, smoke, soot, and chalked paint. Kills mildew when
mixed with bleach (complete directions on package). Use on
walls, woodwork, or floors. Cleans and prepares surfaces for
repainting. Also recommended for washing away paint remover
sludge. Rinse thoroughly after use because TSP can inhibit
the adhesion of paint! Available in 1 pound and 4 pound
boxes.

Accelerator/Hardener
(TS-160)
An optional
accelerator/hardener for use with TS-4 Urethane Reinforced
Alkyd and TS-100 1 Part Epoxy coatings, including 1-Part
Epoxy Clear, when increased hardness, scuff resistance, fast
drying, curing and protection from hot tire pick up is
desired. When added to a top coating according to label
directions it will speed dry and cure times as well as the
overall hardness, corrosion and abrasion resistance of the
coating. Use this product in floor applications where drying
and curing times are limited.
INSTRUCTIONS: Add three ounce container to 1 quart, 1/2 pint
per gallon or one quart to five gallons. Reduce dosage by
50% with 1-Part Epoxy Clear on wood. Pot-life is
approximately 2 hours. Color: Clear. Thin and clean up with
xylol.

Decelerator
(TS-25,
TS-625)
An optional decelerator
specifically formulated for use with fast dry top coatings
and primers. Use it to extend dry times when temperatures
are above 75F or when circumstances require slower flash and
dry times. TS-25 Flash Decelerator works especially well
with TS-2 Hard-Shell Urethane, TS-4985 Ever-Last EXP,
TS-6433 Ever-Last Epoxy and TS-664 Etching Primer. Not
recommended for use with TS-4 Urethane Reinforced Alkyd and
TS-100 1 Part Epoxy. INSTRUCTIONS: Add not more than 10% by
volume. Stir in thoroughly. There is no induction time.
