Within a year or two of application weather, UV rays, extremes in heat, cold and moisture can render typical roof paints and elastomeric roof coatings brittle and inflexible causing them to crack and peel. This versatile product can be used as an aluminum roof coating, roof tile paint, RV roof coating, steel roof coating, reflective roof paint, or as an alternative to acrylic roof coating. When its time to paint a roof or repaint a metal roof we have roof refinishing products that last two to three times longer. This product is an inexpensive roof paint product, however, it should not be viewed as a short cut to waterproofing roof materials. It is a new generation roof sealer, roof recoating system that is acceptable for any roofing substrate including for use as an asphalt roof coating, flat roof coating, plastic or vinyl roof coating or metal roof paint.
