The secret is out on 1-Part Epoxy. This easy to use refinishing
system is forgiving, easy to use and produces an attractive finish
that really holds up to abuse. The finish it produces is deceptively
soft, smooth and silky in appearance – but it is rock hard and
tough! The single component no-mix formula replaces hard to use
two-component countertop, sink, tile and tub refinishing products.
It is not only durable but safe to use and environmentally friendly.
1-Part Epoxy won’t chalk, fade or yellow like traditional epoxy. The
finish it produces is non-toxic when dry making it a favorite of
professional tub and countertop refinishing contractors. What makes
it different is that it produces a film that remains both hard
and flexible at the same time. Its silicone epoxy base allows
high adhesion, flexibility, heat resistance and UV stability while
providing the excellent hardness, scuff resistance and chemical
resistance you expect when you typically think of epoxy or urethane
refinishing products. It holds its color and gloss longer, is easier
to work with and less hazardous to use. 1-Part Epoxy adheres to
almost anything and it self levels like a dream. The finish
is waterproof, rust inhibiting, offers excellent resistance to
chemicals, cleaning agents and acids. A nontoxic, low VOC , low odor
lead free formula engineered to provide extraordinary performance
and durability. Industry veterans recognize this product as being
something very special. Brush roll or spray it on. Available in
gloss and satin.
Stats: Covers 400-450 square feet per gallon. Dry to the touch in
2-4 hours. Pot life: Not applicable * Very high in solid content so
it will require thinning in most applications. Available in 100

request for an additional $10.00 per container.
Recommended preparation: For best results remove peeling paint,
loose scale, grease, oil and contaminates. Sand or scuff prior to
the application of primer.
Recommended cleaners: Etch fiberglass, plastic, tile and aluminum
with TS-695 Etching Cleaner. Steel
use TS-5679 Rust Converting Cleaner
Recommended primers: Wood, fiberglass, plastic and aluminum
TS-664 Etching Primer.
Thin & clean up: Use only with factory recommended thinner,
TS-101 Thinner. Clean all equipment
thoroughly with TS-101 Thinner or acetone.
