outstanding product. Excellent for use in industrial applications
and in areas where there is a high risk of unwanted graffiti,
corrosive chemicals, smog, heavy grime and heavy traffic. It is
actually harder, has superior chemical resistance and flexibility
than two component epoxies making it your most durable industrial
coating choice. Outstanding when used as a floor coating in
industrial and manufacturing applications. TS-601 Anti-Graffiti Coat
is highly resistant to solvents, alkalis and dilute acids and is
suitable for use as an anti-graffiti coating in architectural
applications. Use it with TS-602 Graffiti Cleaner when removing
unwanted graffiti or stains. Provides an exceptionally durable
finish that offers outstanding gloss and color retention in the
harshest environments and in the most difficult circumstances. Use
it on all interior/exterior surfaces such as on infrastructure,
machinery, controls, tools, catwalks, support structure, pipelines,
conduit, exhaust stacks and conveyor systems. Create a beautiful,
high gloss, chemical resistant finish. This robust industrial
coating is acceptable for use on almost any surface. When used as a
rust preventative coating system it provides exceptional performance
and durability. Recommended for use on ferrous metals, prepared
steel, aluminum, fiberglass and wood. Resists high heat (350F),
chemicals, fuels and staining agents.
Stats: Covers 400-500 square feet per gallon depending on surface
and specific application requirements. Dry to the touch in 30
minutes-1 hour. Mixing Ratio: 7:1 (by volume) with Part B (Induction
Time: 15 minutes) Pot life: 4 hours * It is supplied at spray
viscosity suitable for most conventional systems. Compatible for
electrostatic spray. Low temperature curing (as low as 20 F.)
Available in 200 industrial paint colors. Custom colors available on
request for an additional $5.00 per gallon.
Recommended preparation: For best results remove old coatings,
paint, loose scale, grease, oil and contaminates. Sand, grind, bead
blast or power-wash prior to the application of any cleaner or
primer. Steel: TS-5679 Phos-Pro Rust
Converting Cleaner, etch concrete with
TS-695 Etching Cleaner. All surfaces must be thoroughly dry
before the application of any industrial primer or industrial
paints.

Etching Primer or TS-900 Fabrication
Primer. Best performance will be obtained when used over
lacquer resisting primers including TS-664 Etching Primer and TS-900
Fabrication Primer.
Thin
& clean up: Use only with factory recommended thinner,
TS-620 Thinner Reducer. Clean all
equipment thoroughly with TS-620 Thinner Reducer or TS
610 Lacquer Thinner.
An alternative to zinc paint, moisture cure urethane
and other rust preventative coating. Acceptable for use as a
protective coating, pipe coating, metal coating, rust preventative
paint, high heat paint or protective coating on a wide variety of
substrates. Compatible industrial clear coatings include TS-610
Anti-Graffiti Clear Industrial Coating. Not recommended for use with
TS-100 1 Part Epoxy Paint, TS 100 1 Part Epoxy Clear Coating or TS-4
Urethane Reinforced Alkyd.
