PVA Primer (Poly Vinyl Acetate) is a professional primer sealer for
new construction and all unpainted interior drywall and texture
coatings. A proprietary formula that includes acetate instead of the
usual acrylic which is an improvement for sealing out moisture and
odors. Designed for the professional painter and for the quality
conscious consumer. Formulated for excellent adhesion, even sealing
and holdout, it provides a uniform foundation for alkyd or latex
paint. Hard-Shell PVA Primer is excellent for flat, satin,
semi-gloss and gloss top coats. Specially formulated for use with
Top Secret interior and exterior paints. Use on walls, ceilings,
plaster, drywall, stucco and brick. Use to establish a sealed
uniform surface for the application of flat, satin, semi-gloss or
gloss finishes.
Covers up to 350 square feet per gallon. Washes up with water. Apply
using a brush, roller or spray. Dry to the touch in one hour. Color:
White. Apply by brush, roller or spray. Available in quart, gallon
or five gallon cans.
Recommended preparation: For best results remove old paint, loose
scale, grease, oil and contaminates. Sand, grind, blast or
power-wash prior to application. When painting cement or coating
concrete, surfaces must be thoroughly dry before the application of
and cement paint application.
Thin & clean up: Thins and washes up easily with water.
