The
secret is out on 1-Part Epoxy. A wonder of modern coatings
technology, that replaces hard to use catalyzed paints, and
coatings. It’s a revolutionary super-premium interior/exterior
protective coating that has a myriad of application possibilities in
commercial, institutional or at home uses. It’s your best choice
when you want to waterproof your trim, gutters, hand rails, steps,
millwork or doors. Use it to protect your concrete, masonry, wood or
metal surfaces. 1-Part Epoxy is colorfast so it won’t chalk, fade
or yellow like other enamels or exterior house paints. 1-Part Epoxy
produces a protective barrier that remains both hard and
flexible at the same time. Its silicone-epoxy base allows high
flexibility, heat resistance and UV stability while providing the
excellent hardness, scuff resistance and chemical resistance not
typically provided by exterior house paints. Since its oxygen cured
rather than catalyzed it holds its color and gloss longer and is
easier to work with. No other product we are aware of has a wider
range of application possibilities. It adheres to almost anything
and it self levels like a dream. Brush it on and watch the brush
marks disappear before your very eyes! Industry veterans recognize
this product as being something very special. A waterproof rust
inhibiting paint that offers excellent resistance to chemicals,
grime, staining agents, even acids. It is impact resistant to 500
PSI and is heat resistant to 400+ degrees. It is color-fast,
non-chalking and resists cracking, chipping and peeling. It covers
up to three times the area of typical paint because its maximum dry
film thickness is only two mils. That’s half the thickness of a
sheet of paper! This lead-free formula is non-toxic when dry so it
is safe around children and animals.
Stats: Covers 400-450 square feet per gallon on porous surfaces such
as concrete, up to 800 square feet on non porous surfaces when
sprayed. Dry to the touch in 2-4 hours. Pot life: Not applicable *
Very high in solid content so it will require reduction in most
applications. Low temperature curing (as low as 20 F.) Available in
200 colors, low sheen, semi-gloss and gloss. Custom colors available
on request for an additional $10.00 per gallon.
Recommended preparation: For best results remove old paint, loose
scale, grease, oil and contaminates. Sand, grind, bead blast or
power-wash prior to the application of any cleaner or primer. Steel:
TS-5679 Phos-Pro Rust Converting Cleaner, etch concrete with
TS-695 Etching Cleaner. All surfaces must be thoroughly dry
before the application of any industrial primer or industrial
paints.

Thin & clean up: Use only with factory recommended
thinner, TS-101 Thinner. Clean all equipment
thoroughly with TS-101 Thinner or TS-602
