Fabrication Primer
(TS-900) is an etching primer that produces a tenacious weather proof bond
that locks out moisture and water vapors preserving protective top
coatings including Deck-Pro and 1-Part Epoxy years longer. Widely used
and well liked for its waterproofing properties, etching bond and
excellent flexibility over a wide variety of substrates including wood,
concrete, tile even linoleum. Like TS-664 Etching Primer it is lacquer
proof, fast drying, and has a very high solid content. However, it
produces a thinner film build making it less costly to use than TS-664
Etching Primer. It’s a hi-performance Phenolic Modified Alkyd Primer
specially formulated for use with hard to prime surfaces such as wood,
vinyl and Linoleum.
Fabrication Primer works especially well on wooden decks with Deck-Pro
allowing Deck-Pro and 1 Part Epoxy to be successfully applied to almost
any surface. Use on any interior or exterior surfaces.
Excellent for use on virtually any wood, concrete, steel, fiberglass
surfaces in marine environments. It resistant to saltwater, penetrates
cracks and protects corners and edges from the damaging effects of
weather. Virtually any coating may be applied directly over it without the
worry of lifting or wrinkling. Available in gallon or five gallon cans.
