Hard-Shell Urethane is a high-performance government spec two-component polyurethane aerospace coating that performs according to federal specification number MIL-P-85285. A proven performance coating in the aviation industry for over 25 years, it is suitable for a wide variety of interior and exterior applications. Commonly used as an overall topcoat and for stripes and accent colors. It is quick drying, exhibits outstanding gloss, and long-term gloss retention. Performs exceptionally well in a variety of performance categories including adhesion, hardness, chemical resistance, resistance to high heat, intense UV, salt air, spilled fuel and Skydrol® fluid. Ready-Mixed Aluminum is a tough alkyd enamel aerospace paint entirely pigmented by micro-ground aluminum particles. Meets government specification number TT-P-38-D. A fast drying, easy-to-apply paint specially formulated to withstand high temperatures without discoloring or breaking down. Its aluminum pigmentation provides a high level of corrosion control. A permanent, heat shield is created with the addition of aluminum to the alkyd base. Excellent for repairing rusted or deteriorated metals. Finish is a semi-gloss aluminum flake in appearance. Withstands dry temperatures up to 400 degrees F. |
