Ever-Last Epoxy is a two component, high performance catalyst-cured
light weight epoxy paint formulated for aerospace applications. It
provides excellent chemical resistance and hardness to flight
surfaces, parts, equipment and tools in harsh or abusive
environments. It provides unequaled adhesion, hardness, chemical
resistance and is fully submersible making it a favorite in certain
high performance aircraft coating applications. Use it wherever salt
air, and abusive weather conditions require a hard, highly durable
rust preventative protective epoxy coating. Provides outstanding
service in virtually all interior or exterior applications. Intended
for use on metal, wood, fiberglass, aluminum and composite
materials. Use it in aircraft paint applications such as on control
panels, material handling equipment and tools. Excellent for
refinishing tanks and landing gear. When used as an aircraft finish
it provides exceptional performance and durability for years.
Ever-Last Epoxy can be self priming depending on type of substrate
and application, however, a primer coat is typically necessary.
Apply using brush, roller or spray (conventional, airless or
electrostatic).
Stats: Covers 275-300 square feet per gallon on porous surface, up
to 400 square feet on non porous surfaces. Dry to the touch in one
hour, tack free in 8 hours, recoat in 24 hours. Pot life is 8 hours
@ 70 degrees F. Available in 200 aircraft paint schemes. Custom
colors are available on request. Available in low sheen, semi-gloss
and gloss. Available in 1 gallon, two gallon and 5 gallon kits.
Recommended preparation: For best results remove old aircraft
coatings, loose scale, grease, oil and contaminates. Sand, grind,
blast or power-wash prior to the application of any cleaner or
aircraft primer. Steel: TS-5679 Phos-Pro
Rust Converting Cleaner, etch fiberglass and aluminum with
TS-695 Etching Cleaner. All surfaces must be thoroughly dry
before the application of any aircraft paints or primer.
Recommended primers: Wood-TS-664 Etching
Primer. Fiberglass and aluminum materials-TS-117
Pre-Wash Primer in combination with TS-664 Etching Primer.
Steel-TS-6390 Ever-Last Epoxy Primer.
Best performance will be obtained when used over lacquer resisting
primers including TS-664 Etching Primer and TS-6390 Ever-Last Epoxy
Aircraft Primer. Recommend TS-1184 Zinc
Chromate Primer for anti-corrosion protection.
Thin & clean up: Thinning not typically required. Use only with
factory recommended thinner, TS-605 Thinner.
Clean all equipment thoroughly with TS-605
Thinner. Clean up with TS-605 Thinner or
TS-610 Lacquer Thinner.
Acceptable uses: aircraft paint schemes,
aircraft finish, aircraft paint and coatings, aerospace coating,
aircraft paint, aircraft paint colors, high
performance aircraft coatings. For use with: Clear aircraft
coatings, airplane paints and
primers, airplane paint, aircraft primer, aircraft paint and
coatings, aerospace coating, aircraft paint schemes,
aircraft clear coating and high performance aircraft coatings.
